What We Offer
What We Provide
Emergency Shelter Placement
Immediate, safe shelter for individuals and families in crisis. We work with our shelter network to find placement within 24–48 hours.
Transitional Housing
Short-term housing with intensive case management support, helping clients build the skills and resources needed for permanent housing.
Permanent Supportive Housing
Long-term housing with ongoing support services for individuals with complex needs, including mental health, substance use, and disability.
Eviction Prevention
Rental assistance, mediation, and legal referrals to help families stay in their homes and avoid homelessness.
Housing Navigation
One-on-one support to help clients search for housing, understand leases, and connect with landlords who accept housing vouchers.
Rapid Rehousing
Short-term rental assistance and case management to quickly move people experiencing homelessness into permanent housing.

Assessment
A case manager will meet with you to understand your situation and identify the best housing pathway.
Housing Plan
Together, we'll create a personalized housing plan with clear goals and timelines.
Placement & Support
We'll connect you with housing and provide ongoing support until you're stable and thriving.
Who Can Apply
Our housing programs serve individuals and families experiencing homelessness or housing instability in the Chicago metropolitan area. There are no income requirements to begin the intake process. We serve all backgrounds, including those with prior evictions, criminal records, or substance use history.
